How to Apply
Follow the simple application procedures below for Long Courses and Short Courses at Bandari College.
Long Course Application
Choose Course Level You are Applying For
Select your preferred Certificate or Diploma programme.
Choose Entry Qualification
Select Form IV, Form VI, NTA 4 or NTA 5 as your highest qualification attained.
Choose your Form IV Candidate Type
Select candidate type (School (S), Private (P), Refugee (R) or Equivalent (EQ)) as your first seat as a candidate
Enter your school/center number and examination number for your first seat
Fill the number of school/center and your examination number which you seated for your final examination.
Choose your completion year
Select the year you have seated for your final examination (completion year).
Confirm your examination details
Select confirm to proceed with account registration stage.
Fill your personal and credentials details for your account
Select your citizenship, phone number, email and password for your account
Login into your account
Click on login button to login into the system using your username (email, form IV index number (eg: S1234-0001-1900) or phone number ) and password.
Application fee payment
Pay received control number from SIMS amounted Tsh 20,000 Tanzanians or Tsh 30,000 Non-Tanzanians, in order to proceed with next (personal details) application process.
Enter your personal information
Fill your personal details.
Load and/or Confirm your form IV education details as well as form VI, NTA 4 or NTA 5 if any
Load and/or Confirm your form IV education details, if you have form VI, NTA 4 or NTA 5 certificate(s) add them as well by filling the form by selecting NACTE option.
Choose the course(s) you require
Select and choose up to 5 courses of your choice according to priorities.
Review and submit your application
Review, confirm and submit your application for further processes of selection, NACTE verification, confirmation and admission to Bandari College.
Short Course Application
Select a Course
Browse available professional short courses through Bandari College website or using https://sims.bandari.ac.tz/shortcourse/schedules address.
Fill Online Application Form
Complete the required personal (Citizenship, TIN Number, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile) details.
Verify your Phone Number
After filling your application details, click verify phone button to receive verification code in your phone which you will be required to fill them in for verification and later be used as your password.
Login into the System
Login into SIMS using your phone number as your username and verification code received as your password.
Application Fee Payment
Pay received control number from SIMS amounted Tsh 10,000 in order to proceed with other application processes.
Upload Documents
After payment you will be able to upload photo of your driving license card photo or other certificates as required. And wait for verification from short course office for your acceptance for the course and issuing of tuition fee control number ready for payment and starting the course.
