Bandari College Concludes Reach Stacker Operator Training for Geita Gold Mining Employees
**Bandari College Dar es Salaam (BCD)** has officially concluded a specialized training programme for **Reach Stacker Operators** conducted for employees of **Geita Gold Mining Limited (GGML)**. The training was successfully delivered at the GGML mining site from **30th September to 11th October 2024**.
The programme was designed to equip participants with the necessary technical knowledge and practical skills required for the safe and efficient operation of Reach Stacker equipment. The training focused on enhancing operators’ competencies in equipment handling, operational safety procedures, preventive measures, and best practices for improving productivity in industrial and logistics environments.

Speaking during the closing ceremony, the representative of the Principal of Bandari College, **Mr. Franco Mwakatage**, expressed appreciation to the management of GGML for continuing to trust Bandari College as a reliable partner in providing professional training and capacity-building programmes for its employees.
